Description :
CHRYSOL RPO AFR 207 is solvent film type, light lubricating solvent-based corrosion preventive, containing selected corrosion inhibitors. This fluid has an excellent spreading property and provides a thin uniform oily protective film. It can be applied by dipping, spraying or electrostatic blade coater. The oil film provides excellent protection in acid fume environment.
Application :
CHRYSOL RPO AFR 207 is intended for severe condition like acid fumes, humid and saline atmosphere, and specially designed for use in hot and cold Rolled sheets and application by electrostatic blade coating machine
Preparation of work surface: - All foreign matter, such as metal particles, scale & dirt, should be removed. Ensure that the surface to be treated is free from other liquids.
