Description :

Chrysol WRP-250 is high performance water based rust preventive chemical which is used for providing outstanding corrosion protection to Fuel Tank internal areas, and bare metal surfaces during storage and transportation. After applying this product, subsequent to water evaporation, this emulsion leaves an extremely thin dry film on the metal surface.

Application :

Chrysol WRP-250 is normally used directly. However it may also be diluted with water, in special applications. As Chrysol WRP-250 is an oil emulsion, parts can be processed through it without pre-drying. Care should be exercised, however, to prevent too great a carryover of water which would, in time, dilute the emulsion resulting in a thinner deposit with lower protective quality

Chrysol WRP-250 coating will dry in normal atmospheric temperature in a relatively short time. The drying period can be shortened by force drying with warm air or in heated spin dryers. If it becomes necessary to reprocess the parts, the coating may be removed in a hot alkaline cleaner or vapour degreaser.

This can be use in dilution ratio of 1:20 for best result.
