Chrysol Syncut Premium is a semi-synthetic, bio-stable, macro emulsion type water soluble cutting fluid. It forms translucent clear solution when mixed with water. The solution formed is homogenous and does not break even during prolonged usage or shut downs

Chrysol Syncut Premium is a low oil content non-EP type product whose emulsions are compatible with cast irons, most ferrous alloys including stainless steel , oil resistant plastics and other non-ferrous metals.

Application :

Chrysol Syncut Premium is recommended for grinding, reaming and general machining operations. Syncut Premium is also suitable for deep hole drilling and boring, thread cutting and forming operations under appropriate concentration levels.

Syncut Premium gives excellent oil life, many times more than the conventional soluble cutting oils and also provides extended tool life and finish in all cutting operations and most arduous heavy duty machining operations.

Recommended dilution rates for various operations are as under

• General machining: 3-4%
• Reaming: 4-5%
• Grinding: 3-5%
• Thread Cutting and Forming: 6-8%
• Deep hole drilling and boring: 6-8%
